Firm expands sales and business development teams to accommodate increased global demand for Numerix analytics and services

New York, NY, March 22, 2010 – Numerix (www.numerix.com), the leading provider of cross-asset analytics for derivatives valuations and risk management, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been recognized by the firm in its latest round of management promotions for 2010.  The four executives receiving promotions are Joseph Saporito, Ted Pendleton, Saul Stepner and Marylene Hamilton.

The four managers receiving promotions now hold these titles and responsibilities:

• Joseph Saporito, Executive Vice President, The Americas Sales & Global Business Development.  In his role as Global Head of Business Development, Saporito will continue to oversee the company’s partnerships, alliances, OEM, VAR and distributors. As head of Americas Operations, he also manages sales and operations for Numerix Americas.

• Ted Pendleton, Senior Vice President - Business Development. Pendleton has assumed day-to-day responsibility for Numerix Global Business Development team in New York, London and Singapore, overseeing the firm’s 40+ partnerships which include relationships with the world’s largest trading and risk systems, data vendors, valuation service organizations and auditors. Pendleton and the Global Business Development team are also responsible for the expansion of Numerix partnership network, integrating the market standard for pricing and risk analytics.

• Saul Stepner, Senior Vice President, Sales - ALM Solutions. Stepner will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to providing Life Insurers, Reinsurers and Pension Funds with targeted Numerix solutions designed to provide customers with enterprise wide capital market model and pricing consistency.

• Marylene Hamilton, Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Hamilton will continue to manage Numerix’s human resources staff and over see the firm’s global personnel expansion initiative to maintain a sustainable and agile supply of leadership and talent.
