After an intense day of "strategery," you’ll need a way to cool off. So each evening during Kickoff 2010, we’ll feature an exciting activity that will surely be a source of fond memories in the years to come (or at least a couple minutes). We hope everyone will attend each event, but except for Thursday's awards ceremony, participation is not mandatory. Please let us know which events you plan to attend on your registration form.

  Monday, January 11th
The Numerix 500

Bring your best NASCAR driver impersonation to the Grand Prix New York, located at Mount Kisco. The group bus will depart promptly at 2:00 pm from the Park Ave. entrance of the Grand Hyatt New York, located on the Mezzanine level. We expect to return around 9:00 pm, with battle stories to ensue for the foreseeable future.

  Tuesday, January 12th
Bowling in Style, the Numerix Way

You've never seen bowling like this before. (And no, we're not talking about the amazing gutter-ball skills of Lauren Fleisher, Kickoff 2009 award winner for Worst Bowler Ever). Lucky Strike Bowling isn't your usual 10-pin dive — it features a night-club atmosphere, fun foods and obscure libations. Appropriate attire required (dress code). To get there, head west on 42nd Street till you hit the river, then the building is on the left (42nd & West Side Highway).

  Wednesday, January 13th
Dine-Arounds
Select individuals will head out for a casual evening in small groups (based on your cuisine preference). If you are among the participants, please let us know your culinary taste on your registration form so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

  Thursday, January 14th
The Numerix Awards Reception & Dinner
(attendance required)

A cocktail reception will begin at 7:00 pm in Salon 5 on the Ballroom Floor of the Grand Hyatt, with dinner and award ceremony to follow. Greg and Steve will announce the winners of the Pinnacle Awards, Sales Award, and the coveted Employee of the Year, as well as awards for Kickoff-week events.

“It was an incredible honor to be recognized by my peers and our management for my contributions, and those of my team, in 2008.”
