In 2017, Numerix experienced a transformative year as it made progress along a number of fronts. The firm made a significant acquisition, saw a considerable influx of new, additional personnel, steadily grew revenue, and experienced unprecedented demand for its products and services. Numerix found itself at an inflection point, and Ms. Patrick commanded extraordinary leadership to accomplish mission-critical operational efforts to successfully manage this evolution of Numerix.

As the COO, Dawn works very closely with O’Hanlon in the strategic planning and execution of the firm’s corporate growth and organizational initiatives, as well as setting and prioritizing actionable and measurable business goals. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the business, Dawn focuses on budgeting and resource allocation efforts, financial projections, analyses of existing projects, departmental efficiencies, as well as controlling operational risks.
Patrick concludes, “I believe flexible and adaptive leadership are essential traits in any good manager, as well as self-assessment. One cannot be emotional, you must be critical about what you create and be willing to throw it away if something isn't working. This is something I’ve mastered and offer as advice to any individual looking to advance their business career. I’m incredibly honored to be named Support Professional of the Year.
