New website, logo and tagline, symbolize the interoperability and increasing global demand for the firm’s products and services

New York, NY, September 16, 2009 – Numerix today unveiled its new corporate brand identity and product naming conventions symbolizing the company's position as the leading independent provider of award winning cross-asset analytics for the structuring, valuation and risk analysis of derivatives and structured products.  The new Numerix brand identity has been applied successfully to the company’s corporate website, corporate logo, collateral materials and new corporate tagline – “Taking Analytics Further”.

The firm’s newly designed corporate website (www.numerix.com) provides for a dynamic online showcase of Numerix’s products and global services, cutting edge technology, partner alliances and global support.   Through the Numerix “Community” portal, users now have online access to the latest social media tools.  Those tools include:

  • The Numerix Blog - provide industry commentary and thought leadership
  • Numerix Quant Connection - a forum for quantitative developers and financial engineers from around the world to share ideas about derivatives and structured products
  • Numerix University & Library - advanced training and certification
  • A complete listing of Numerix conferences and webinars

With bold imagery and colors, Numerix's new intertwined “double helix” corporate logo reflects the front to back-office connectivity and interoperability of Numerix products across multiple partner and 3rd party vendor platforms. Along with the new company tagline, "Taking Analytics Further”, they convey the technological superiority of the firm's offerings.

The new Numerix product naming conventions are effective immediately and are as follows:

  • Numerix 7 for Excel is now called – Numerix CrossAsset
  • Numerix 7 for Excel Bloomberg Edition is now called – Numerix Bloomberg Edition
  • Numerix 7 SDK  is now called – Numerix CrossAsset SDK
  • Numerix Portfolio and NxR2 products will remain the same
