How will this change in ownership impact me? 

• As part of the transaction, all existing contracts with the FINCAD entity will continue as is and there will be no change to your existing contractual terms and conditions.  

How will I benefit from this transaction?  

• This transaction provides even greater value to our customers who can avail from broader analytics offering due to Numerix’s existing coverage from vanillas to the most sophisticated exotic products combined with FINCAD’s existing valuation and risk analytics library. Together, we will be able to service your needs with unparalleled depth of front-to-risk decision support. 

Will FINCAD product offerings change? 

• As FINCAD has an established brand with  loyal customers and partners, Numerix will retain the FINCAD name FINCAD products for the foreseeable future. Ultimately, we intend to bring all the best that Numerix and FINCAD have to offer together in what will certainly become the world’s preeminent pricing and risk solutions.  

Will service quality/policies change? 

• The integration will not affect the terms of your current agreement with FINCAD and we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition to Numerix. 

Who do I call if I have a problem or concerns? 

• Numerix is committed to ensuring we maintain the high level of account management and support you are accustomed to as a FINCAD customer. Existing FINCAD clients should continue to engage with their Customer Success team for any problems or concerns.
