Numerix Announces 2026 Women in Finance Scholarship

Numerix, a leading capital markets quantitative analytics technology provider, is pleased to announce the launch of its 2026 Women in Finance Scholarship. Now in its 12th year, the annual $20,000 scholarship supports women pursuing advanced degrees in finance and related quantitative disciplines. Applications open on March 30, 2026.
Since its inception, the program has awarded more than $220,000 to exceptional graduate students around the world, reinforcing Numerix’s long-standing commitment to advancing inclusion and innovation within the financial industry.
“At Numerix, we believe the future of financial markets depends on cultivating talent and fresh perspectives,” said James Jockle, CMO of Numerix. “Through the Women in Finance Scholarship, we are proud to invest in the next generation of leaders who will shape the evolution of quantitative finance, risk management, and capital markets technology.”
The scholarship is open to women of any citizenship who are enrolled full-time in a Master’s or PhD program in a finance-related field at an accredited institution. Eligible candidates must have less than ten years of total professional experience and fewer than five years of experience within the financial industry. Applicants should be pursuing or planning to pursue careers in financial asset management, market risk management, fixed income, derivatives finance, or related capital markets disciplines.
The selected recipient will receive $20,000, with $10,000 awarded directly to the student for educational expenses and $10,000 paid to their academic institution.

Over the past decade, recipients have gone on to pursue impactful careers in quantitative research, trading, risk management, and financial engineering across global institutions. The program, originally established by Fincad and continued under Numerix following its acquisition, remains a cornerstone of the company’s broader commitment to supporting the future of capital markets.
