How will this change in ownership impact me?

  • As part of the transaction, all existing Kynex relationships will continue as they are and there will be no change to your existing terms and conditions. 
  • There will be no change to your existing contractual conditions which transfer to Numerix as part of the integration. At this time, this includes no changes to existing onboarding and production support, communication tools and contacts, and you should expect communication from Numerix regarding any planned changes in the future.

How will I benefit from this transaction? 

  • This transaction provides even greater value to Kynex customers who can now access broader analytics offering from Numerix’s solutions coverage of derivatives and fixed income products. Together, we will be able to service your needs with unparalleled depth of front-to-risk decision support. 

Will there be changes to the team who support me?

  • No, the contacts you currently work with will be the same team that continue to service you under Numerix. Numerix is committed to ensuring we maintain the high level of customer service and support you are accustomed to as a Kynex customer. Existing customers should continue to engage with Kynex for any problems or concerns.

Will there be changes to how I communicate with the Kynex team?

  • All Kynex emails will continue to receive emails, however you will notice that over the coming weeks, outbound emails will start to come from Numerix email domains. We recommend white listing the @numerix email domain. 

Will service quality/policies change?

  • No. We expect service levels to remain consistent with that you’ve come to expect from Kynex.  We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition to Numerix. 
  • As Kynex has an established brand with loyal customers and partners, Numerix will retain the Kynex’s products for the foreseeable future. Ultimately, we intend to bring all the best that Numerix and Kynex have to offer together in what will certainly become the world’s preeminent pricing and risk solutions.
